Your Teacher - Takako Willden, RYT 200

When Takako’s youngest child (of five) started kindergarten over 10 years ago, she started yoga to calm her mind. She loved yoga so much that she studied with Meg Galarza and Ali Modell of YogaOne Studio and earned a yoga teacher training certificate in 2017. Since then, she has been humbly following the path of yoga through practicing, teaching, and more learning. In her classes, one can experience a meaningful connection between mind, heart, and body through guided breath work, movements and meditation.
