Meet Our Staff

Dianne joined the Blue Lotus team in spring of 2015. She works diligently in the background assisting seasonally with groups and keeping our site looking its best.  Dianne and her husband, Greg, grew up in the West Bend/Newburg area.  Dianne has three children; Mitch, Melissa, and Ryan. Her hobbies include any type of outdoor activity, such as hiking, biking, kayaking and gardening, but she especially loves to travel with family and friends.  Dianne enjoys working with Blue Lotus guests, volunteers and staff.

Lisa moved to West Bend at the end of 2017 with her husband of 25 years, Jeff. This move brought them closer to their sons, Jimmy and Justin and they couldn’t be happier. For the last 18 years, Lisa has worked with children with special needs in a variety of capacities. She is excited to transition to an organization that serves such a wide variety of people living with challenges.  Lisa plans to use her years of office administrator experience to help the organization run smoothly.  She is very excited to be surrounded by such beautiful land and cannot wait to witness the enjoyment of the guests.

One of Jacqueline's favorite quotes is by Louis Cozolino who said, We are not the survival of the fittest. We are the survival of the nurtured.  This helps explain why working here is her dream job.  As an innovative public relations and marketing professional she has twenty years' experience handling strategic planning, events, communications, and promotions.  Her expertise is in relationship building and she enjoys finding the common ground that brings people together to overcome barriers and achieve great accomplishments.  She and her husband, along with two black cats, live in Cedarburg and are trying to get used to being empty nesters now that their son has gone off to college.  While not at the center, Jacqueline enjoys teaching mindfulness, hiking, biking, and being with family and friends
